Three-star DE will visit Louisville

Three-star defensive end JaMichael Winston of Prichard (Ala.) Vigor doesn't have a leader. In fact, he doesn't even know how many offers he has.
But Winston does know where he'll be taking one of his officials this fall.

"I'm going to Louisville on Oct. 1," Winston told Rivals.com.
How did the Cardinals get an official from the 27th-ranked player in Alabama?
"I just like the way [Cardinals assistant] Ron Dugans came in and told me about the place," Winston said. "He's ready for me to get up there and see it. He said I'd like it."
Who else might get an official from the 6-feet-5, 226-pounder, who also claims offers from programs such as Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan State, Mississippi State and USF?
"I really don't know," Winston said. "All the other ones are up for grabs. I've got a lot of schools to choose from. I haven't narrowed it down yet. I'm going to take all five (officials). I wanted to make a decision before my season started, but I didn't get to visit all the schools. I'm just going to let it play out now."
Asked who was pursuing him the hardest, Winston replied, "Louisville, Michigan State, South Florida, Troy, Southern Illinois, Louisiana Tech, South Alabama and Mississippi State."
According to Winston, some programs are recruiting him to play defensive end. Others like him at outside linebacker. He said it doesn't matter which spot he plays in college.
