Three-star DE nearing a decision

Williamsburg (Va.) Lafayette defensive end Will Hill recently returned home from an official visit to Maryland and he had plenty to say about the experience.
In addition to everything that took place on that trip, the 6-foot-4, 260-pound lineman has also set a tentative time frame for making his final decision. Where do things stand today?
"The visit to Maryland went pretty well. I got in Saturday and went for a tour of the biology department," he said. "After that I ate lunch with a couple of the players and then sat down and talked to some of the coaches. I went to dinner with the team and then we went to the game."
While the Terrapins lost to the Seminoles in a blowout Hill said the outcome of the game will not affect his decision.
Hill had already taken official visits to Tennessee (September 19) and Penn State (November 14). How would he compare the Maryland trip to those two?
"The Maryland trip was good but they were all good. All three of them went well. They all showed me the good things that they have to offer. I wouldn't say one trip was any better than the others.
"I don't think I'm going to take my other two visits. I think I'm going to go ahead and make my decision pretty soon here. I should announce something on December 2 or December 3."
Hill went on to say he has narrowed his focus to Maryland, Penn State, Tennessee and Virginia. While he has not officially visited Virginia, he has spent plenty of time in Charlottesville unofficially.
