Dominguez had a close shave against surprising West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade winning in a thriller 26-19.
Johnson had 269 yards against Chaminade including a game winning 76 yard touchdown run.
So far this season, Johnson has rushed for 1,435 and 24 touchdowns.
Johnson and his Dominguez teammates will be going for their second straight championship against West Torrance, Calif., this coming Friday.
On the recruiting front Johnson has offers on the table from the likes of Cal, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, Boise State, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Colorado, Nebraska and more.
Johnson was scheduled to visit Oregon this past weekend but had to cancel because Dominguez played their semifinal game on Saturday.
"I have a visit scheduled to Washington January 5th," Johnson said. "I will also visit Utah but we don't have visit date yet."
"If I had to name a top five they would be Cal, Boise State, Oregon, Washington and Utah."
Rivals.com ranks Johnson as the nation's No. 39 running back prospect for the class of 2007. He also made the Rivals.com California top 100 team landing as the Golden State's No. 48 prospect at any position.
