Three-star CB is headed to the MAC

Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy cornerback Larenzo Fisher made a decision recently. The three-star prospect has decided to take his game to the MAC.
"I committed two days ago to Ohio," he said. "It came down to Ohio and UMass. I felt like when I went on both visits, I liked both of the schools.

"I felt at home at Ohio and my parents liked Ohio. I also felt like the education is better at Ohio. I connected with all the players and felt like this is the place to be. The coaches loved me too. I just felt like I was at home."
Fisher specifically noted the coaches more in his choice.
"I really connected well with them, they showed me a lot of love and were really interested in me," he said. "They wanted to have me up there and play for them. Even, a lot of the players showed me a lot of love and I connected really well with them. It's the place for me."
One other part of Fisher's choice was the opportunity to play early.
"I have a very good chance, they are recruiting three cornerbacks with the idea that they want one of us to play," he said. "If I work hard maybe that can be me. I have a very good chance to play and play early, I like that a lot and that is one of the reasons I'm committing there."
