Three-star ATH takes an unofficial to Rutgers

Three-star athlete Morgan Carter took an unofficial visit a couple weeks back. Where did the 6-foot-3, 197-pounder out of Woodbridge (Va.) C.D. Hylton go and does he have any other visits planned in the near future?
"I went up to Rutgers to see them play Maryland," he said. "It was a pretty good visit, but not too great since they didn't come away with the win.

"The atmosphere there is crazy. They really support the team and I didn't expect that. My parents and I had an enjoyable time."
Are any other visits coming for Carter?
"I don't know right now," he stated. "I'm trying to focus on the season and put my nose to the grindstone. Hopefully I'll be able to take some visits in the future. I definitely need to."
Carter claims approximately 10 offers including ones from Connecticut, Duke, Michigan State and Rutgers. Is there a leader yet?
"I'll narrow my choices down to a top five at the end of the season," he said. "Then to a top three, two and make a decision. I definitely will take all five official visits to find the best possible place for me."
Carter has played well even though his team has struggled this year.
"We started off a little rough, but we've got a lot of talent," he said. "I've been doing pretty well. I'm all over the place playing quarterback, wide receiver, running back, linebacker and safety.
"Going to the camps over the summer really helped my game. My lateral movement is better along with my quickness and coverage skills."
