Three stand out with Charles

Hollywood (Fla.) Hollywood Hills defensive lineman Jean-Marc Charles has an intriguing frame and build at 6-foot-3, 255-pounds. Those measurables, combined with solid athleticism, make him a popular hybrid defensive line prospect capable of playing at defensive end or defensive tackle. Numerous schools are keeping tabs on him and he is closing in on double-digit offers.
"My offers are from Western Illinois, Western Michigan, Bowling Green, Marshall, Bethune-Cookman, Minnesota, Memphis, and New Mexico," Charles said. "The schools to show me the most interest are Wisconsin, Miami, Florida State, Florida, USF, Southern, Cincinnati, Connecticut, West Virginia, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, and plenty of others."

At this point, Charles says that three of his offers are standing out.
"My top three would be Minnesota, Bowling Green, and Marshall," Charles said. "It is just about the relationship with their coaches. They are more open and honest with me. They don't just talk with me about football, they talk about other subjects and life."
This summer he hopes to make it onto a few different college campuses in order to learn more about the schools, their coaches, and how he would be utilized if he were to opt for their squad.
"I am planning to attend a few camps, work out, and possibly go on some other visits," Charles said. "I want to visit Minnesota, North Carolina, and possibly Bowling Green, Marshall, or Cincinnati."
Charles is in no rush to make a decision and said he is just looking for a school that provides the complete package on and off of the field.
"I am most likely going to take my time because it is a big decision," Charles said.
