Before making any final decision about where he will play college football, junior weakside defensive end JaMichael Winston of Prichard (Ala.) Vigor plans to consult with his parents.
"I respect what they have to say," Winston said. "I have one brother and one sister, and both of them have good careers."
Right now, Winston has 13 offers. On Sunday, Louisiana-Lafayette became the latest to pull the trigger.

At the moment, three schools stand out - Arkansas, Louisville and South Florida. However, according to Winston that is subject to change.
"By the end of June, I'm going to try to make my decision," Winston said. "That's when I'll sit down with my folks and discus everything. I haven't sat down with them yet. They're busy all the time. I take the ACT June 11, so it will be sometime after that. Around June 18."
What stands out about the Razorbacks, Cardinals and Bulls?
Arkansas: "I like the fact their defensive coordinator came to my school. He's seen my film. He kind of broke it down to me and was like, 'This is what I want to do with you.' He loves me. That got me kind of attracted to them."
Louisville: "What I like about Louisville is [receivers coach] Ron Dugans. He's a real cool guy. Whenever I've had a problem or don't know something about this or that, I'll call him and he'll be real with me. He won't sugarcoat it. He'll get right to the point. And I like the direction they're going in."
USF: "I like the plans [defensive ends coach Vernon Hargreaves] has for me as an outside pass rusher. I've heard a lot about the program."
On Saturday, Winston visited Auburn for Big Cat Weekend.
"I had a real good time," he said. "There was a pie-eating contest and a watermelon-eating contest. I got to meet some of the top recruits, not only from my area but from up north. They toured us around the stadium. They toured us inside their new indoor facility they're building. We got to ask the players questions."
As of Sunday night, Auburn hadn't offered.
"They told me to be patient," Winston said. "They said the recruiting process will play itself out. They want me to camp there, but I don't think I'm going to. I plan on going to Louisville [for a trip]. That's about it."
In addition to Auburn, Winston already has visited Alabama, Louisiana-Lafayette, Mississippi State, South Alabama and Southern Miss.
