Apple Valley, Minn., three-star ranked offensive line prospect Ryan Ruckdashel (6-foot-6, 255 pounds) ended his senior season last weekend, yet Ruckdashel is in much better spirits these days.
"We lost in the playoffs last weekend," Ryan Ruckdashel said. "I was pretty bummed out, because we lost a really close game. I'll miss playing with my teammates no doubt, but I also know I'm very lucky because I'll get to play football in college."
Ruckdashel has narrowed down his favorites to three schools.

"I'm basically down to Minnesota, Iowa State and Michigan State as my final three schools. I've set official visit for Minnesota for December 3rd, Iowa State on December 10th and I'm still going to set an official visit to Michigan State shortly. I was basically waiting until my season ended before I set an official visit with the Spartans. I'm hoping to set up a date with them very soon."
The football season might be over for Ruckdashel, but another season is about to get going in a few weeks.
"I'm going to take about a week or so off from football so that I can rest up and heal up from football, then I'm going to get ready for my wrestling season. I'm going to get my football official visits in so that it won't interfere with my wrestling season, but football is always my main priority."
