Rivals national recruiting director Sam Spiegelman has a trio of predictions about five-star Michael Fasusi, Tennessee's November opportunities and South Carolina's flip opportunities.

1. FIVE-STAR MICHAEL FASUSI WILL SIGN WITH A PROGRAM IN TEXAS.

Five-star offensive lineman Michael Fasusi committed to the Sooners over the Longhorns before his senior season at Lewisville (Texas) High School but in no way was that the final straw in his recruitment. With less than a month until the Early Signing Period both Texas and Texas A&M are working hard to keep Fasusi inside the Lone Star State.

Oklahoma’s Brent Venables and Texas' Steve Sarkisian were both at Fasusi‘s game last Friday night as the Sooners try to fend off the Longhorns and the Aggies.

Fasusi has not shut his recruitment down and while he has a visit set back to Norman for this month, he has also left the door open for returns to Austin and College Station before he signs on the dotted line. There is a strong sense that Texas will be there until the end with Fasusi and the Aggies have similar intentions.

Playing the odds I like the chances of the elite offensive tackle playing his college football inside the state.

2. TENNESSEE WILL ADD MULTIPLE COMMITMENTS IN NOVEMBER.

Tennessee has caught fire on the field and is recruiting equally as well at this point in the calendar. The Vols have hosted massive recruiting weekends that have yielded several commitments already in October and again in November, and we are anticipating that theme continuing as the month goes on.

Last month the Vols hosted top-100 defensive lineman Isaiah Campbell for an official visit. The one-time Clemson verbal is deciding among the Tigers, the Vols and Tar Heels, and is expected to come off the board later this month. My FutureCast is already on Tennessee.

The Vols might not be done either. After hosting four-star in-state running back Duane Morris over the weekend again, the USC verbal is set to officially visit Knoxville later this month. There’s a strong sense that the Vols have emerged as a major threat to flip Morris away from the Trojans and the stage is being set for a strong finish on the recruiting trail for Tennessee.

3. SOUTH CAROLINA WILL CLOSE THE CYCLE BY FLIPPING MULTIPLE TARGETS.

South Carolina has taken another step forward under Shane Beamer in his fourth year atop the program. The Gamecocks have been recruiting at a higher clip under Beamer and the team's strong play on the field has positioned the program to make a run at flipping several top targets on their board in the 2025 class still committed to rival programs.

Last weekend, South Carolina hosted multiple offensive linemen committed to Georgia Tech, including Kevin Peay, Jimmy Bryson and Damola Ajidahun. Bryson took his official visit to Columbia over the weekend as the Gamecocks made a move with the three-star interior OL as well as with Peay and Ajidahun, who has been on campus three different times this fall.

The Gamecocks also got talented tight end Mike Tyler back to Columbia. Tyler, who is committed to LSU, has emerged as a top flip target for Beamer's program. So has Stephen Miller, who committed to USC earlier this season and was in Columbia last Saturday.

South Carolina is prepared for a late surge on the recruiting trail with many of their top targets on flip watch moving forward.
