Three out in front for Futch

Linebacker Jordan Futch from Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade Madonna has begun to narrow down his impressive list of suitors.
"Right now I would have to say my favorites would be Miami, Florida, and Wisconsin. I've had offers from those three and also from Florida State, Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, West Virginia, South Carolina, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Boston College and LSU.

"But I still have time to look around and talk to people, like last week the linebackers coach from Georgia Tech came and visited my high school and I like what he had to say too."
The 6-foot-4, 215 pound Futch enjoys showing his stuff and learning at camps also.
"I had a good time at the Nike combine in Miami, I ran a 4.56, 40 and a 4.16 shuttle, and recorded a 34-inch vertical. I plan on doing a bunch of summer camps like Florida, Florida State, Miami, Wisconsin, Auburn, and Georgia are coming up."
Last season Futch put up some impressive numbers with his high school team.
"Yeah, I feel I had a pretty solid junior season, something like 92 tackles, 15 for a loss and 6 forced fumbles. Probably my best game was against our rival American Heritage. I had 12 tackles, 2 sacks, and 1 forced fumble."
Even with his impressive numbers, Futch hasn't lost sight of the big picture.
"Stats are nice but it's all about winning. Stats don't mean anything if you don't win. I want to be known for being very aggressive and I always go 100-percent and that rubs off on my teamates."
When asked of influences, Futch named a former Hurriance.
"Ray Lewis is awesome, that's what I mean by going 100-percent all the time."
