Three on top for McCrary

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Miami (Fla.) Coral Reef rising junior wide receiver Jacob McCrary has spent quite a bit of time at Florida State this summer. He camped in June and returned again in July.
"The visit has been really good," McCrary said on Thursday evening. "I am enjoying it. It has been real good. I am liking it up here. Florida State is one of my top schools. It has just been real good here."

The 6-foot, 182-pound wideout has developed a strong relationship with his prospective position coach at Florida State.
"(Wide receivers) Coach (Lawrence) Dawsey has told me he is very interested in me," McCrary said. "He has told me that if I was coming out this year I would be the guy he would be recruiting the hardest. He has just told me to keep working hard and that he isn't trying to rush me with anything. He told me to take my time with the recruiting process."
Florida State isn't the only school that McCrary has seen this summer.
"I have been to Florida and Alabama as well," McCrary said. "Alabama was great. I love their campus. The coaches like me a lot. Florida was real good too. (Head) Coach (Will) Muschamp is recruiting me real hard too. (Defensive backs) Coach T-Rob (Travaris Robinson) as well. They are recruiting me real hard too.
"It has been great to be able to travel, see new places, and get to meet people," McCrary added.
At this point in the process, the talented wide receiver has three schools on top for his services.
"My top three are Florida, Florida State, and Clemson," McCrary said. "No order yet. That is just my top three."
McCrary will return to Florida on July 27th for Friday Night Lights. He expects that to be his final visit of the summer.
