Three offers for NY LB

Three-star linebacker Ousmane Camara of Bay Shore, N.Y. picked up a couple of new offers during the last month to boost his total to three. Next up for Camara will be a couple of summer camps, as well as an unofficial visit he is in the process of scheduling.
"Recruiting has been good," said Camara. "I picked up two new offers from Buffalo and James Madison."

These two offers join his original offer from Purdue. Two other schools have been showing increased interest recently.
"Penn State seriously and Maryland came to watch a 7-on-7 practice," said Camara, who plans to attend a couple of upcoming camps. "I'm going to the Syracuse camp this Friday and Maryland on the 16th. I just want to prove that I can play with the other top players and I also want to just get better."
Purdue was the first school to offer Camara, and now the big linebacker is in the process of scheduling a visit.
"I'll be visiting on June 20th most likely, but it depends on my testing schedule," said Camara, who is 6-foot-3 and 240-pounds. "My relationship with Purdue has grown. I have learned so much about Purdue and I really like the coaches."
During his upcoming camps and visits, Camara will keep a close eye out for a few specific things.
"I'm hoping to find a comfort level between me, the coaches and the players," said Camara. "I'll also be looking for my major. I'm looking at a history major or psychology. I'm not sure yet."
At this time Camara is in no rush to make a final decision as he is looking to either make an announcement on December 12th, which is his mother's birthday, or on National Signing Day.
