Three offers for Aniebonam

Olney (Md.) Our Lady of Good Counsel continues to produce top level football talent, and the Class of 2014 will definitely continue that trend. Another name to watch at the school is defensive end Jesse Aniebonam, who has three offers and hit the road this summer for a few camps.
"Everything has been going pretty well so far," said Aniebonam, who is 6-foot-4 and 225-pounds. "We just recently started practice and other than that I've just been working out and going to a few camps."

Aniebonam attended summer camps at Maryland, Clemson and East Carolina.
"They were really good experiences and I had a lot of good exposure," said Aniebonam, who holds early offers from Auburn, Maryland and Hawaii. "I would say I stood out the most at the Maryland camp. I received my Maryland offer following the camp and I felt I gave it my all there and put everything out on the field."
Besides these three camps, Aniebonam also took unofficial visits this summer to Virginia and Georgia Tech. Next up are a few likely stops for college games this fall.
"I will definitely be attending some of Maryland's games and I will try to make it over to some of UVa's games, as well as visit Auburn," he said.
With more options likely coming his way, Aniebonam is beginning to figure out what he hopes to find in a program.
"I'm hoping to find a real hard working, solid football program," he said. "I also like to look heavily into the coaching staff as well, as in seeing and watching how they integrate their knowledge of the game into their players and essentially how they run the program as a whole."
Plenty of eyes will be on Our Lady of Good Counsel this season, so Aniebonam knows that it will be his opportunity to impress.
"Mainly I've just been working on my rush techniques and staying low off the line," he said. "As far as the season goes, I'm just going to try and get as many tackles as I can, rack up as many sacks as possible and simply improve as an end."
