Things have heated up quickly for Keller, Texas offensive tackle Michael Yeck.

Six scholarship offers came rather quickly before spring and now the 6-foot-8, 253-pounder is back from the NIKE Training Camp with a top three.
"My top three choices would be BYU, Kansas State, and Utah right now," Yeck, who also has offers from Houston, Kansas, and Missouri, said. "I have had the opportunity to visit each of those schools. I went to Kansas State and BYU's junior days. I was really impressed with the facilities and the coaching staffs were both excellent.
"I went to Utah on an unofficial visit when I was in the area visiting BYU. I got a personal tour by the coaches and had a chance to sit down with the head coach. Again, the coaching staff was great there as well."
Yeck says the most important thing for him, going forward, is to take his time and carefully make his decision.
"I think recruiting is one of those things where you need to weigh all of your options and not rush something like this," he said. "I'm going to look at a few places this summer and do my official visits next year. Then, I'll be ready to make a decision.
After this past weekend's NIKE Training Camp, Yeck says he'll head home with a lot more knowledge about his position.
"I'll take home a bunch of good drills that I can do to work on my hips, flexibility, and explosion," he said. "It was just great for a lot of good fundamentals."
