Three lead for Keystone QB

Quarterback Cody Catalina out of Greensburg (Pa.) Central Catholic currently has a few schools that are standing out for his services. Who leads for the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder?
"At the moment, I'm up to 10 offers from Vanderbilt, Syracuse, Rutgers, Akron, Toledo, Tulane, Buffalo, New Hampshire, Temple and Delaware," he said. "I'd say I'm pretty wide open, but there are a few teams leading a little bit including Syracuse, Akron and Toledo.

"I like all the coaches at Syracuse. They are great people and very personable. I also like the family-oriented atmosphere and the school. The facilities there are wonderful and they have really built stuff up in the past few years," he said. "As a quarterback, I obviously like to pass and all those MAC schools do too. They are also known for making quarterbacks and that is what I like about both Akron and Toledo."
Over the weekend, Catalina was in Louisville for a seven-on-seven camp.
"I felt our team did really well," he said. "We finished second out of 41 teams. It was a good experience and a lot of fun."
While at Louisville, the quarterback confirmed he didn't check out the football program that much.
"I didn't really have much time to look into it," he said. "I am on my way to go visit Vanderbilt though in the next few days. I just want to see what the coaches are like there and see if I like the campus. I also want to see if I fit into the offense and am comfortable there. That is what I'm looking for out of all these schools."
Catalina accounted for over 1,800 yards and 21 touchdowns last season for Central Catholic on his way to earning all-conference honors.
