Thompson set with Michigan
When linebacker John Thompson committed to Michigan earlier this month he left open the door to making other official visits, specifically mentioning Florida as a school he might go see. But if any Michigan fans were worried, they no longer need be.
"I didn't visity anywhere after I committed to Michigan," Thompson said. "I'm not going to visit anyone else. I just decided not to visit Florida."

"I'm not getting calls from anyone anymore. I'm going to Michigan. That's where I always wanted to go."
The 6-foot-2 and 230 pound Thompson made 140 tackles including ten sacks for Detroit (Mich.) Crockett Tech. Thompson said he will play weakside linebacker for Michigan. He is the Rivals.com number 26 inside linebacker prospect with a three star rating.
