Thomas still high on the Hogs

Longview (Texas) Spring Hill running back Jamario Thomas continues to like a Southeast Conference school.
“I still like Arkansas,” the 5-foot-11, 190-pound Thomas said. “They have been calling real regular. They are telling me about the possibilities of playing early for them.”

The Hogs are not alone in the pursuit of Thomas.
“I’ve been getting calls from the same schools as before,” he said. “Arizona State, Colorado, Texas A&M and Texas Tech are the main schools.”
The nation’s No. 21 rated running back has yet to line up any official visits.
“None yet for me” he said. “I won’t be taking any of them during the season. I’m waiting until we are done to do anything. I won’t even set up a visit until our season is done. I want to worry about our season first.”
Spring Hill has a 5-1 record on the season.
“We’re playing good,” Thomas said. “I think I’m doing good. I get my yards each game. We just need to keep it up.”
