Thomas shuts it down

Khaylan Thomas is finished with the recruiting process.
The three-star linebacker from Etiwanda, Calif., took his official visit to Arizona State this past weekend - he's been committed to the Sun Devils since late October - and loved everything during the trip.

Instead of taking other official visits and worrying about his recruitment, Thomas said he's shutting it down and is only focused on Arizona State from here until National Signing Day.
The trip sold Thomas for sure.
"It was really good," Thomas said. "It was everything I expected.
"I went out there to see the players and see what was on their mind. I wanted to see how they felt about the coaching staff and the school.
"I learned it's a great place to be. Everything is good, everything is going good and they're going to have a great defense."
Thomas, rated as the No. 15 inside linebacker in the 2015 class by Rivals.com, had recently taken an official visit to Oregon State but after the Beavers switched coaches it looked unlikely he would switch his commitment.
Other trips could have happened in January but the Etiwanda standout has decided Arizona State is the place for him and he's not going to mess around any longer.
"I'm really just going to shut it down," Thomas said.
The three-star linebacker finished with 68 tackles and two interceptions in his senior season.
