Things shake up for Forsett

Arlington (Texas) Grace Prep running back Justin Forsett was scheduled to visit Toledo this weekend, but there was a change in plans, but in the end it might be a good thing for the 5-foot-8, 175-pound all-purpose back.
“Toledo called me this week and canceled my visit,” he said. “They apparently have gotten commitments from two other running backs. But that’s all right with me. There is a new team that has jumped into the picture.”

That team is Notre Dame.
Forsett, ranked as a two-star prospect, said the Fighting Irish called him late last week and asked him to wait before committing because they wanted to visit with him and his family in January.
“They’re going to come by the first week in January,” he said. “I want to see what happens and see if they’re going to offer me a scholarship or not.”
Forsett said San Jose State and Utah are also going to get official visits in January. Forsett has already visited UConn back on December 5. The Huskies are still also very much in the picture, he said.
