Things getting complicated for Juco DT

Defensive tackle Tolifili Liufau (6-3, 310, 4.9) from Fresno (Calif.) City College has a tough decision ahead of him. He is currently on his way home from his visit to Arizona. At one time it was thought that he would end up with the Wildcats but another team is now very much in the hunt.
Liufau was all set to commit to Arizona on his trip but Utah was able to get in the race at a late stage. The Wildcats and the Utes are running neck-to-neck for the signature of the talented defensive tackle that played his high school football at Honolulu (Hawai'i) St. Louis.

"When Utah heard about what happened with Oregon they called me brought me in for a visit," Liufau said. "For one day trip, Utah showed me a lot."
"Utah flew me in on Thursday the day before my Arizona trip," Liufau said. "I have lots of friends on the team. I really liked it over there."
"Arizona was a great trip, too,' Liufau said. "Coach (Mike) Stoops told me that he wanted me to come in and win a spot. They need someone on the defensive line who is tough and aggressive."
"(Utah defensive coordinator) Coach (Gary) Andersen wants me to play defensive end," Liufau said. "They want me to get my weight down and move me around at both defensive end and defensive tackle."
"For most downs I would play defensive end if I chose Utah," Liufau said. "On third and long I would play defensive tackle."
"I have a tough decision ahead of me," Liufau said. "I want to play in the Pac-10, but I also want to play for the number four ranked team in the nation."
"I'm going to pray on it and make decision on Monday," Liufau said. "I have a tough day ahead of me."
