There is no Lucy in this Charles Brown

Tight end/defensive end Charles Brown (6-6, 249, 4.9) from Pomona (Calif.) Diamond Ranch brings a lot of versatility to the table. He will be playing tight end in 2004 after beginning his stellar high school career as an offensive tackle and defensive end.
Brown was so good as an offensive tackle that he was selected all-league at the position for the last two years.

The versatile Brown worked hard at camps this summer proving that he can play the tight end position. He just that at both the USC and UCLA camps.
So far Brown has four offers on the table from USC, Arizona, Washington, and San Diego State.
Brown has received phone calls since September 1st from Washington, Oregon State, Oregon, Arizona and USC. He currently has a top four schools of USC, UCLA, Arizona and Oregon.
What does like about his top four schools?
“I like Oregon’s campus and I like the coaching staff,” Brown said. “USC is close to home and has a real good team. The program is going in the right direction.”
“I like the Arizona coaches a lot, too,” Brown said. “But I haven’t seen the campus yet.”
“I like the campus at UCLA,” Brown said. “I also got along with the entire coaching staff real well.”
Brown and his Diamond Ranch teammates will start their season this Friday September 10th against West Covina.
