The Roadies: Baylor camp

Wright was one guy it did not take long to spot with his long arms and big frame. It is easy to see why so many colleges were already tripping over themselves to offer the standout tight end, and that was even before he took a rep. Once he started running routes and catching passes, it only become more evident, but that's not what this award is about.
Fastest
WR Brandon Taylor, Friendswood (Tex.) Clear Brook
Over the weekend, Taylor proved he was faster than everyone at the SPE 15 Elite 100 Camp. Monday night, he ran past everyone at the Baylor camp. He was able to make it look easy, too. He stands just 5-foot-7, but his speed is world class. He may not have a scholarship offer at this time, but he will play college football. His speed was just too much for everyone on Monday evening.
Best Hands
WR Quartney Davis, Houston (Tex.) Langham Creek
Davis could have taken home a few offers and was definitely one of the top performers at the camp. His hands were on full display from the beginning of camp until the end of one-on-ones. He adjusted well to the ball and showed a great catch radius.
Best Feet
RB Toneil Carter, Houston (Tex.) Langham Creek - 2017
Carter's footwork at running back was quick to catch the eye, as does his 6-foot-1, 200-pound build. He showed tremendous balance and a quick burst. He has the ability to quickly reach his top speed and his footwork allows him to change direction in a hurry.
Strongest Arm
PQB Connor Blumrick, Pearland, Tex. - 2017
Blumrick has great size at 6-foot-5 and 190 pounds, and he threw the football with authority. His release point could be higher, but he put plenty of zip on the ball. He threw the tightest and most consistent spiral of anyone and showed he could put it deep with accuracy.
Underclassmen Achievement
DQB William Brown, Rosenberg (Tex.) Lamar Consolidated - 2018
Keep Brown's name on file, because he is definitely one to follow. He's 6-foot-3, 170 pounds and the sophomore-to-be threw a great ball. He spun the ball well and threw with great accuracy. He was able to hit deep as well as short and intermediate routes.
