For the past few months Rivals100 defensive tackle Tim Settle has gone underground. The Manassas (Va.) Stonewall Jackson star has stayed away from the media even after he took two recent visits and named a top 15.

"I went to Penn State then West Virginia," said the 6-foot-2, 307-pound Settle. "It was fun. I got to hang out with the players and the coaches. I didn't really do a lot. I was just visiting."
With no visits planned for the near future, Settle has clearly taken a step away from his recruitment.
"I'm not really thinking about recruiting right now," he said. "I've been focused on improving myself lately."
In early May Settle posted a top 15 in order on Twitter of Tennessee, Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Texas, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Penn State, West Virginia, UCLA, North Carolina, N.C. State, LSU, Oklahoma State and Oklahoma.
While Settle admits he released that top 15, he made it clear that his recruitment has changed.
"I released it but things change," Settle said. "I stopped talking to people because, like I said, I was focused on improving myself. I need to have an excellent season. I need to be a leader because I'm a captain. During the season I'll talk to some schools but right now I'm just focusing on myself."
Settle will be committing in January.
