Rivals250 linebacker Nathan Proctor is really making the rounds. The Indian Head (Md.) Lackey star junior recently took visits to Penn State and North Carolina.

WHAT'S NEXT?: As of now Proctor does not have any more visits planned but don't think that more aren't on the way.
IN HIS WORDS: "Penn State was good," Proctor said. "The crowd was electric through the whole game. I thought it was a pretty hard fought game. Penn State just had some offensive struggles at times. It was exciting to get the offer because I've been following Penn State ever since LaVar Arrington, Evan Royster and Navorro Bowman. I think highly of the coaches. They seem high on me and they have a plan in place for me.
"North Carolina was good," he said. "They blew Miami out of the water. The coach that is recruiting me, coach Papuchis, is new so he was explaining to me the things he is implementing with the new defense and the future of the defense."
RIVALS' REACTION: There are a lot of schools in contention for Proctor right now but, with a long way to go, he is trying to as much research as possible before making any cuts. More offers are likely on the way for him.
