The gap widens for LB
Courtland, Ala., linebacker Ernest Nance has a leader still and the gap is continuing to grow.
"Every time I think about it, I think more and more about committing to 'Bama," Nance, who is 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds. "But then I tell myself that I need to take my visits first.

"I'm going to do that, but 'Bama is my top team."
Nance has lined up two trips - to Arkansas on Jan. 18 and 'Bama on Jan. 25. He also hopes to visit Memphis, Ole Miss and Middle Tennessee.
He has offers from all of them.
So why is he leaning toward the Tide?
"They have a good, no great program," Nance said. "It also isn’t too far from home."
