Texas WR with one offer, looking for more

Brenham, Texas receiver Lester Ward is focused on the off-season in preparation for his final season of high school football.
Aside from hitting the weight room and working on drills, Ward says that he's fielding interest from several schools across the country. He's already received one scholarship offer from Baylor, but Ward says UCLA, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, and Tennessee are all showing interest.

"Well most of those schools said they were going to offer and some of them are waiting to get down here later in the year to do all that when they're on campus. UCLA should one on the way."
Ward says there isn't one school leading the others at this point. Several schools that he's visited have caught his eye.
"I got a chance to go visit Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and I think I'll be headed to Baylor this weekend," Ward said. "Oklahoma was pretty nice. They seem like they were real high on me as well. They welcomed me in so it was a pretty good experience.
"I went to A&M for their first junior day. It was pretty nice too. The facilities and everything were nice. The coaches seem very legit as well."
The one thing that Ward is focused on is not rushing into a decision.
"I kind of have to look at all of them with the same mind frame," Ward said. "I want to make sure whichever school I choose, I'm not overlooking somebody. I'm trying to make sure that my final choice is the best choice."
