Texas WR on the board with No. 1

Yet another Mansfield (Texas) Summit prospect has picked up a Division I offer bringing the total to four. This time, it's big wide receiver Bradley Haynes.
Haynes, a 6-foot-2, 195-pounder, received his first scholarship from UTEP a few days ago. Now, the big pass-catcher says the pressure is off and the door may be more open for more offers to come.

"Hopefully more will come now because schools won't think they're taking a chance on me," Haynes said. "I think UTEP is a great football program too though. There is a nice tradition there and they love football in El Paso. They have really good fans as well."
Tulsa, Texas A&M, Colorado State, and Connecticut are also showing interest in Haynes. He will take in the Aggies camp this month in College Station.
"All the schools are pretty much the same right now, but UTEP is the favorite because they're offered," he said. "If any other school offers, things may balance out more."
Haynes says that if not many other offers come before the season, he'll wait a little longer to decide. However, if others come before the fall, things may be different.
"I'd like to decide early so I can concentrate on winning state," he said. "I also want to see what other choices I have though before I do it."
