Texas WR narrows the field

Brenham, Texas wide receiver Justin Daniels is one of the few of his talented teammates that has yet to make a commitment. Daniels certainly has the scholarship offers but has yet to firm up on a decision. However, that's about to change.
Daniels, the 6-foot-1, 195-pound pass-catcher, says that written offers have come from the likes of Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Houston, Kansas, Kansas State, and others, but it appears that staying close to home may be the biggest factor as he inches closer to a decision.

"I'm most likely going to be committing to Houston in the next week or so," Daniels said. "I'm not really considering any other school other than TCU. If they come around with an offer, than I'll think about that. I don't want to leave the state and U of H is close to home."
Daniels says that both Miami and TCU have verbally offered, but he's yet to receive anything in writing yet. Following his teammates also doesn't appear to be something that is likely.
"They went out of state," he said. "I mean, Shawn Sullivan was going to TCU, so I was looking at that, but now he's going to Nebraska."
Daniels doesn't have an exact date, but he says that it may not be that far away. A few schools could enter the picture with a written offer before the commitment comes out of his mouth.
"Texas Tech, I haven't spoken with them in a while," he said. "Texas A&M said they were close, but they weren't positive about an offer."
