Texas WR makes Big Ten commitment

White, a 6-foot-2 and 200 pounder from Pearland, Texas, has a 3.6 GPA and scored a 980 on the SAT.
White caught 14 passes and averaged 16.4 yards a catch during his junior season. He also intercepted two passes.
