Texas WR headed to Kansas

Klein Forest receiver Johnathan Wilson visited Kansas University this weekend without an offer.
Kansas received a verbal commitment from Wilson (6-3, 190-pounds) upon his departure.
"I really liked the campus," Wilson said. "They show you everything from the dorm room to all of the facilities. It was great and I went ahead and committed after they offered."
Wilson has started for the Golden Eagles for three seasons and was a two-time, all-district selection.
He also stars as a point guard for his school's basketball team.
"The coaches were great and I think I can fit into their offense very nicely," he said. "We run a spread at Klein Forest and I think I can catch on quickly."
