Texas WR adds first offers

Leander (Texas) High School is quickly becoming a hot spot for college scholarship offers to appear. Recently another prospect, this time wide receiver Curenski Gilleylen, got on the board with his first four offers.
UTEP, Rice, Purdue, and Missouri have all offered the 6-foot, 210-pounder. Gilleylen says that he's not going to rush anything with favorites, but recently returned from a camp and could be expecting more offers to come.

"I'm just taking it all in stride right now," Gilleylen said. "I just got back from the Oklahoma State camp in Houston this past week. That went pretty well. It was raining for about two hours when we got there. I did okay through that. They could offer, but I don't want to say so if I'm not for sure."
One school that has been sending him consistent mail is Miami. If an offer were to come, Gilleylen says he'd have a hard time turning it down.
"I'm excited about that for sure," Gilleylen said. "I might get a chance to go down there this summer to work out for them. That is kind of a favorite right now."
Gilleylen doesn't have any definite camp plans other than Miami. He's going to check in with his teammates and try to go to some events together.
Other than that, he's being patient with his decision.
"I really want to commit after my senior season," he said. "I know if I have a good year, things can pop up."
