Houston (Texas) Jersey Village tight end Gabe Ratcliff still only has one official visit lined up.
"I'm going to Missouri on Dec. 5," the 6-foot-3, 230-pound Ratcliff said. "That is the only visit I have set up right now. I'm looking at some other possible visits, but right now that is the only one set."
Other schools on Ratcliff's list include Texas, North Carolina and Iowa State.
"I talk to each of them every week," the three-star rated tight end said. "They call and we talk about things. So, those four schools are really the ones I am the most interested in right now, I guess. They are interested enough in me to be calling me regularly. There are others, too.
"I still like Texas a lot. They are at the top right now. But the others are all right around there too. Texas is the only one that hasn't offered me a scholarship yet. North Carolina, Iowa State, Colorado, Arizona, Pittsburgh, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State have."
Ratcliff continues to focus on football rather than recruiting.
"We are in the playoffs," he said. "I will really worry about recruiting when our season is done. The season is the top priority right now. We play The Woodlands on Saturday. They are 10-0, so we need to stay focused on them right now."
