Texas TE narrowing things down

Hitchcock, Texas tight end Josh Bell has not added any new scholarship offers, but he is getting closer to scheduling his official visits.
“I am getting closer to making a decision in a way,” the 6-foot-7, 250-pound Bell said. “I’m not necessarily on one school, but I have kind of started to narrow things down some, I guess.”

No visits have been scheduled for the three-star rated Bell.
“I am going to take my visits in November and December,” he said. “I don’t have any scheduled, but I am looking at Syracuse, Wisconsin, Utah, Kansas State, UCLA and Miami as the schools I might visit.”
Hitchcock got off to a slow start but has gotten on the right track now.
“We got off to a slow beginning this year,” he said. “But, we’re going now. We have been winning in the district games. I’ve been playing offensive tackle this year, because that is where my team needs me. I’m averaging six pancake blocks per game. I’m also playing defense and I have about 40 tackles and one sack.
“I want to play tight end or defensive end in college. I’m kind of leaning to defensive end more at this point, but I’m not picky about which position. I’ll play wherever the coaches think I can help the team the most.”
