Texas TE has offers, wont be rushed

Jonathan Moore of San Antonio (Texas) Marshall is one of the more dynamic players in all of San Antonio, and the 6-foot-4 ½, 215-pound tight end hopes to make the most of his senior season – so that's why recruiting is kind of on his back burner at this point.
"I really don't want to say who I have offers from or talk much about recruiting," Moore, an all-district pick as a junior, said. "I'm just mainly focused on my senior season."

Sources have indicated that Moore does have offers from TCU, UTEP and from non-Division I school, Northern Colorado. Moore said he has camped this summer at LSU, TCU and UTEP and he will be in College Station, Texas, this weekend for a lineman camp at Texas A&M.
"I'm nowhere near a decision," Moore said. "I'm just worried about what's going to happen this year on the field."
On the field, Moore is one of the top tight ends in all of Texas.
"I don't have the best speed around (4.86 in the 40), but I make up with it with my aggressiveness, height and desire," he said.
"Most of the guys on the team look up to me, and I have played the most games of anybody on my team, so they recognize that I have experience and leadership skills."
