"Right now I'm hearing the most from Nebraska, Air Force, Texas and Texas A&M," Cuba said. "I would say Nebraska is my leader. They have a winning program, and I get along with Coach Jamrog, who is recruiting me."
A solid leader?
"I think so," Cuba said.
Distance will not be a factor with Cuba. Cuba's team is 7-2, and with a win in their last game they will make the playoffs.
"The most important qualities in a school for me are the education program and the strength of the football program," he said.
The has not set up any official visits yet, but he has an idea of who he will visit.
"I will start setting up visits after my season is done," Cuba said. "I would like to see Nebraska, Colorado and UCLA. Colorado and UCLA don't seem to be recruiting me quite as hard as they had previously, but I still would like to check them out."
