Texas safety likes two

Hurst (Texas) L.D. Bell safety Tres Talbert is currently favoring two schools.
"I really would say Florida is at the top of my list," Talbert said. "They've been my top choice for a while. They've written me a couple of times, but it has been a while since I've heard from them."

The other school at the top of Talbert's list is Oklahoma.
"Oklahoma is also right there at the top," the 5-foot-11, 180-pounder said. "They've told me they would offer me a scholarship if I would tell them I'd commit."
How does that sit with the Texas standout?
"I don't think I'm ready for a decision," Talbert said. "I want to make sure I make the right choice."
The other schools being considered by Talbert include, Tulane, Arizona and TCU.
"No schools have offered me a scholarship yet. It will come though."
Talbert didn't have his exact statistics from his junior season but knew he averaged over 20 tackles per game.
"I didn't start until the final four games last year," Talbert said. "I had just moved to the area and no one was sure what I could do. So they waited to put me in as a starter until late."
