"My visit to UTEP was good," the 6-foot, 184-pound Carr said. "It was enjoyable and I got to see a lot of things about the school and the program. I really had a good time."
Carr also is looking forward to his forthcoming visits.
"I am looking forward to the visits," he said. "I want to see the schools, talk to the coaches and learn as much as I can about the programs. Hopefully after these two trips, I'll be ready to make a decision."
Carr maintains UTEP is at the top of his list.
"They have been recruiting me harder than any of them right now," he said. "And, I have visited them already. We'll see what goes on these next two weeks."
