''Oh yes, he committed to Iowa State University the other day,'' his older sister said. ''I think he really liked the school and the education that he could get there. Also, he felt that the coaches would lead him the right way.''
Other offers? ''I know he had one from Toledo, but he has boxes & boxes of letters from others,'' she said.
Jimmy has been described as an under-rated outside linebacker, who is 6-foot-0, 205 pounds and runs a solid 4.5 40 yard dash, and he has amazing closing speed. He can move from sidelinbe to sideline with ease.
