Texas RB trips to Air Force

Mansfield (Texas) Summit two-star running back Stephen Johnston took his second official visit this past weekend and because of weather in Dallas is actually still on it.
"I was supposed to already be home from Air Force, but with the weather bad in Dallas, I'm not getting home until after 8 p.m.," Johnston, who is 5-foot-11 and 199 pounds, said.

"The visit was all right. It was straight. I talked to a lot of the people that just started going here.
"They talked to me about how if you join the Air Force and become an officer it keeps you financially stable. It pays to be an officer with them after school. I also like how they're getting a new system. They really haven't decided what they're going to do yet, but they're talking about how they're going to do some things that they do in the NFL. They're going to do some different stuff."
Johnston took an official visit earlier to Wyoming and he says he's also set to visit New Mexico State next weekend and then Missouri State on Jan. 26.
"I really don't have a leader," he said. "I still have more visits to take."
