Texas RB looking to summer showings

Dallas (Texas) Skyline running back Anthony Boykins is beginning to get a busy summer lined up.
“I’m talking to several schools about junior days and camps,” the 5-foot-8, 181-pound Boykins said. “The first camp I am going to is the NIKE camp in College Station in May. There are several other camps I am looking at.

“I am hoping to get to TCU’s junior day here in a couple weeks. But, I take the SAT that day, so I may not be able to make that one. It will all depend on the time. Hopefully that will work out.”
Boykins’ list of schools continues to include Iowa, Kansas State, LSU, Ohio State, Nebraska, Texas, Texas A&M and TCU.
“I don’t really have a top five right now,” he said. “There are so many schools and it is still early. I want to look at the schools and find the best place for me. I don’t have any scholarship offers, yet. That could come before long and if it does, that could help me with my list of top schools.”
As a junior, Boykins rushed for 336 yards and one touchdown. He also hauled in seven passes for 52 yards.
