Texas RB liked visit to Utah

Richardson (Texas) Pearce running back Parrish Fisher was one of a large group of Texans that made the visit to Utah this past weekend, and he said he was surprised at what he saw on the trip.
“The mountains were incredible,” Fisher, who is 5-foot-9 and 204 pounds, said. “I was really excited about their offense. I know that I would be a good fit in their system. I could probably contribute right away there at Utah.”

But Fisher was quick to point out that he’s set to visit his leader this upcoming weekend.
“I’m heading up to K-State,” Fisher said. “It should be a lot of fun since they beat up on Oklahoma like they did. I was telling everybody around here that K-State was going to win. I’ve been watching them all year long and I knew that Darren Sproles was going to tear them up.”
Fisher said he could see himself fitting into Sproles’ role in the future if he picks K-State.
“That could be me out there,” he said.
Fisher is, however, still set to visit Iowa on December 19. Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and Georgia Tech are also potential visits in January if he elects to take them.
“There’s a good chance that I could commit after I take these visits,” he said. “I kind of know what I’m looking for after that first trip.”
