Texas RB has Sanders-like qualities

Houston (Texas) Westfield athletes are close. Several have gone to Iowa State. Others want to follow fellow teammates to schools like Texas A&M, UCLA and Houston.
Teammates Terrance Sweeney and Danny McCray might be the next Westfield package.

"Danny is like my brother," he said. "He's family. That's a big thing for me. I want to go somewhere I know someone and I want to play with Danny."
Sweeney is receiving mail from Iowa State, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Iowa, Kansas, UCLA and Texas A&M.
The 5-foot-9 running back, who rushed for over 1,600 yards as a junior, tries to emulate his childhood heroes Emmitt Smith and Barry Sanders with his style of play.
"I'm a Barry Sanders-type back," he said. "I can catch out of the backfield and I just try and run where defenders are not."
Simple enough.
