Texas RB has new outlook

Allen, Texas running back Charles Opeseyitan has had a change of plans in his recruitment. One team has fallen off the list and several others are moving their way up.
Recently, the 5-foot-10, 186-pounder who was an all-district selection as a junior, took a visit to Oklahoma State. The Cowboys were in the driver's seat for the talented runner but apparently now that's changed.

"I guess they weren't taking a running back yet and waiting on somebody else," Opeseyitan said. "That's the school I wanted to go to and I didn't want to wait on that. So I left that alone and I'm looking at other teams now."
Those other teams include Tulsa, SMU, Iowa State, Colorado State, and Utah.
"I'm checking out everybody now," Opeseyitan said. "Those are the schools we've talked about the most though."
Opeseyitan hasn't set up any visits but says that once his schedule calms down, he'll start setting up official visits.
"Recruiting is kind of in the back of my mind because I'm getting ready for the season and I'm ready to help out the team," He said. "I'm not worried about all that stuff. I'll have time to worry about that in a few weeks."
"Then I'd like to decide sometime before our first district game. I don't want to take the chance of getting hurt and being left out."
