Tyler (Texas) John Tyler running back Kendall Hunter isn't exactly getting closer to a decision even with Signing Day rapidly approaching.
The season is in the books for Hunter with a first round playoff loss to Dallas (Texas) Carter, but that doesn't mean he's got a decision on his mind. He's still looking at several options and remains firm with his original leader.
"Oklahoma State, they're still on top," Hunter said. "To be honest, OSU is the only school that's kept up real well and has communicated with me regularly. Texas Tech came down here for a visit to my school.

"I need to get my SAT score together before I can visit Tech. They haven't offered yet, but they say that if I get my test done, it will come."
Hunter will have plenty of time to decide. He would now like to wait until the very end of the recruiting process before he makes a decision.
"I'm going to do it on Signing Day," he said. "It will be at the end when everybody signs their paperwork."
Hunter has no visits set up yet at this time.
