Texas RB favoring Razorbacks
Longview (Texas) Spring Hill running back Jamario Thomas has taken a few calls so far this month.
“Louisiana Tech, Arkansas, Arizona State and a few others have called,” the 5-foot-11, 190-pound Thomas said. “They have all been good talks with the coaches.”

Thomas, a three-star rated back, has scholarship offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Colorado and Texas Tech.
“I am interested in all of them, but Arkansas is my favorite right now,” he said. “They are having a good season. It seems like a program I would like to be a part of.”
Thomas has yet to line up any official visits.
“I’m going to work on getting some of them set so when we’re done this fall I can get them taken. I probably won’t take any until our season is over, though.”
Spring Hill’s season hasn’t gotten off to as good a start as Thomas would have liked.
“We are 1-2. We had a couple really bad games. We have to play better.”
Thomas won’t rush into any decision.
“I probably won’t make a choice until really close to signing day.”
