Texas RB could commit to LSU

The verbal commitment of Michael Goodson to Oklahoma State changed the regional landscape of the 2006 recruiting class.
Some other Texas prospects chose to join Goodson at OSU, like Donnell Williams and DeMarcus Connor. His decision, however, also played the adverse effect for some prospects including Angleton's Keith Toston.

"I want to play running back in college and it affected me little bit," he said. "I know he was their No. 1 choice. I'm heading up to New Orleans in a week for our national track meet and I'm going to visit LSU for a few days."
The Cowboys, along with LSU, still lead for Toston, but momentum has turned to the Tigers' favor.
"If I like it enough, I might commit when I'm up there," Toston said. "They really want me and Coach (Brad) Peveto has been recruiting me hard."
Toston reached the nationals in the 4 x 100-meter relay and the 100-meters.
