Texas RB adding offers

San Antonio (Texas) Madison running back Devin Thomas is a tough guy to reach, but that's not surprising considering he's currently putting priority on academics and his track schedule in the spring.
Madison coach Jim Streety says that in the midst of all that, the 5-foot-10, 185-pound speedster has added offers. Currently, Texas A&M, Duke, and Arkansas are the schools that have offered.

"I think based on conversations, he's even going to get a few more," Streety said. "Frankly, he could have more. I haven't talked to him about any others, but I usually know.
"But, he's been in track and he gets all these text messages. He's enrolled in a lot of upper level classes, so he's been pretty busy."
Streety says that Texas A&M's closeness to home intrigues Thomas, but he's not naming any definite favorites for his running back yet.
"He likes A&M since they're local, they're up there with him, but it's just real early," Streety said. "He still says he's not going to do anything before summer. He just doesn't have any time right now.
"He's running in track meets and then we've got spring ball."
