Texas QB still solid

Tyler (Texas) Lee quarterback Matt Flynn committed to LSU during the summer. And he's still sure he's made the right choice.
"I'm going to LSU," the 6-foot-2, 215-pound Flynn said. "I'm sure I've made the right choice. I'm not looking around."

Flynn has been in touch recently with the coaches from LSU.
"I've been talking to the coaches. Coach (Kirk) Doll was by yesterday. I've talked to Coach Saban on the phone. They're assured I'm coming. And they have nothing to be worried about."
The commitment of the No. 16 quarterback was a concern for the Tigers when Dennis Franchione was named coach at Texas A&M. Flynn chose LSU during the summer over Franchione's Alabama Crimson Tide program.
"When I made my choice, there was no looking back. I made the right choice then. And I'm still a Tiger."
