Texas QB receiving interest
Bridgeport, Texas quarterback Phillip Daugherty continues to receive interest from several schools.
"The teams I'm looking at are teams that throw the ball around quite a bit," Daugherty said. "I'm looking at Oklahoma, SMU, Texas and Texas Tech.

"Each of those teams spreads the ball around the field with their quarterback. I'm a thrower and that would fit my talents more so than an option team."
While the schools are pursuing him heavily he's not sure how early a decision could come.
"I'm going to go to camps at Texas Tech, SMU and Oklahoma," the 6-foot-3, 215-pounder said. "If I just find what I am looking for in a school I could decide to commit early. I'm just not sure about it right now."
