Texas QB present on the 2007 stage

The 2007 class looks to be a strong year for signal-callers in the state of Texas considering there are players like pro-style quarterback Cal Farley on the horizon.
At 6-foot-2, 185-pounds the talented Farley put up 2,254 yards through the air with 14 touchdowns. His stats are already impressive, but that was without playing the final two games of the year due to a fractured fibula.

Farley says now he's back to 100 percent and ready to finish high school strong next year.
"I think I can outdo those numbers," Farley said about his junior stats. "I'd like to go out there and be district champs for my senior year. That's important for me. Then, like any other player, I want to see what happens in the playoffs."
The summertime will give him a chance to show his stuff at camps across the country. Farley plans on hitting as many of those as possible.
One stop will be in California for a quarterback camp and then the rest will be one-day camps at specific colleges. Growing up in the Lone Star state, it's not surprise that one of his early top teams is inside the borders.
"Texas is kind of the favorite," he said. "Both of my grandparents went there, so I kind of know about the program already."
Mail has been coming in already from Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Virginia, Florida State, SMU, Kansas State, Arkansas, and Alabama.
